Nacho Nirvana

Just in time for Cinco De Mayo Celebrations!

1 cup pico de gallo>> see recipe here

1 cup black bean sauce

2 ea. jalapeños, sliced

½ cup sour cream

½ cup guacamole >>see recipe here

1 bag of fried corn tortilla chips

1 pound mild cheddar cheese, grated

Turn on the broiler in the oven to max heat. Line a sheet pan with foil. Cover pan with chips. Cover chips with grated cheese. Place under broiler until the cheese is melted and it starts to brown. Remove from the broiler and transfer to a serving platter using a spatula and tongs. Using a ladle, spoon black bean sauce evenly over chips. Sprinkle pico de gallo over the bean sauce. Place dollops of sour cream and guacamole in the center, then sprinkle jalapenos over the whole thing. You are now ready for Nacho Nirvana!
